Refund policy
Atlas Defense Solutions LLC works to ensure every customer receives mission-ready products and professional service.
Due to the specialized nature of tactical, safety, medical, and preparedness equipment, all return requests are subject to review and approval.
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original packaging.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Body armor
- Medical products
- PPE and respiratory equipment
- Custom orders
- Agency procurement orders
- Clearance or final sale items
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
